Our Prices - Free Advertisments
We provide free* online advertisments of your home, rental property or land in our
national database of properties.
This free service is for a property advertisment
for two (2) months with no pictures.
You are allowed to have a detailed description
of the property with prices, location and contact information for others to
get into contact directly with you about purchasing or renting your property
being advertised.

Our Prices - For Sale By Owner
If you wish to have your advertisment appear for an extended period of time,
the following charges cover our administrative costs of an extended period
advertisment:
- Three (3) month listing $19.95
- Six (6) month listing $39.95
- One (1) year listing $49.95
Each extended period advertisment can include up to four (4) pictures of the
property, listing in our national database and the
ability to edit your advertisment at any time.

Our Prices - Realtors
If you as a realtor wish to have your listings appear on our national
database, the following charges cover our administrative costs of
adding a home page about you (the realtor) and a complete listing of
up to 12 properties per year (additional properties are extra).
Realtor Advertisments $149.95 a year
- One Home Page about you as a local realtor
- One picture of you for your Home Page
- Hyper-Link from your Home Page to your Personal or Business Web Site
- 12 properties listed in our national database
- Each property can have up to four (4) pictures
- Ability to add or edit your property listings at any time
